Jaguar 420G Automatic

The Jaguar Mk10 was launched in 1961 to great accolades, but also discussion that the car had grown too big. It was however aimed more at the American Market, and so it went on to sell in reasonable numbers to Captains of Industry, Doctors and other professional people.

Jaguar developed the car and launched the 420G at the London Motor Show in 1966. Fitted now with a 4.2 litre 6 cylinder engine in a similar spec to the Jaguar E Types,  and in the day it was sheer luxury on wheels.

This particular car is unique. It was the only 420G ever finished at the factory in Bright Red with a simply stunning Ivory interior and it was first owned we believe by Blackpool Town Hall, and was used as the Mayoral car.

It’s only had 3 owners in total, with its current keeper having owned the car since 1990. He has had the car rebuilt into the simply unbelievable condition it’s in today. Furthermore, there are MOT certificates with the car going back to we believe its first MOT in 1971, and it shows the car has only done a mere 64000 from new. The recent MOT in April 2013 shows the car flew through with no advisory notifications whatsoever, and its MOT’d until April 29th 2014, and taxed until 30th of April 2014.

If you are looking for an absolutely stunning Jaguar that’s simply unique, you wont find one better than this and at only £12495 is there anything out there that can offer so much opulence, and yes Grace, Space and Pace for that kind of money?.
