1989 Mercedes Benz 300SL Auto Why have Mercedes SL been so popular over the years. They were never an inexpensive car. But they were always quality. Easy to drive. Easy to use. The variety of power units available meant there was something for everyone. So as an all rounder the SLs have always taken some beating. Other companies have tried but none have every quite matched the SL. This car from 1989, is one of the last of the 107 model. Finished in red with Ivory interior. This is a low ownership car and come with a huge history file with book stamps, invoice and MOTs going back to the Pre Delivery Inspection in 1989.
